Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Looply Markerts LLC, operating Looply Markets and DoudouPocket 兜兜, collects, uses, shares, and protects information through looplymarkets.com, doudoupocket.com, our early access forms, our communications, and future DoudouPocket mobile app or WeChat Mini Program experiences. The English version of this policy is the official version. Chinese translations are provided for user convenience.

Information We Collect

Depending on how you use DoudouPocket, we may collect information such as:

• Account information, such as your name, email address, phone number, username, profile photo, and password or login credentials if applicable.
• WeChat Mini Program login information, such as OpenID, UnionID, nickname, avatar, and other basic profile information made available through WeChat with your authorization.
• Contact and transaction information, such as email for OTP verification, phone number, pickup details, mailing address, order details, buyer/seller messages, and support requests.
• Listing information, such as photos, item descriptions, category, condition, price, location, and availability.
• Location information, such as city, ZIP code, neighborhood, approximate location, or, with permission, precise GPS location for nearby browsing or pickup coordination.
• Payment-related information if payments are offered in the future. We do not intend to store full credit card numbers; payments would be handled by third-party payment processors such as Stripe or similar providers.
• Early access and marketing preferences, such as whether you are interested in buying, selling, community partnership, local advertising, or launch updates.
• Technical information, such as IP address, device type, browser, operating system, log data, security events, and page interaction data.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Create and manage accounts, login, verification, and onboarding.
• Operate a local secondhand marketplace, including listings, search, buyer/seller communication, pickup or delivery coordination, and customer support.
• Show nearby items and improve local discovery based on approximate or permitted precise location.
• Process early access requests and understand demand from families, sellers, partners, and community organizations.
• Send service-related communications, including OTP codes, security alerts, account notices, transaction updates, buyer/seller messages, and support responses.
• Improve safety, prevent fraud, reduce spam, enforce our policies, and protect users and the platform.
• Develop, test, and improve DoudouPocket before and after launch.

Email Communications and Notifications

We use email only for legitimate product and account purposes, such as account verification, OTP codes, password reset, security alerts, transaction notifications, buyer/seller messages, support, and launch updates you request or consent to receive. We will never sell, rent, or lease your email address to third parties for marketing purposes. You may opt out of non-essential updates through product settings when available or by contacting hello@looplymarkets.com. Some transactional or security emails may still be necessary to operate your account or complete requested services.

Location Data

DoudouPocket is designed for local exchange, starting in Greater Seattle. We may use approximate location such as city, ZIP code, or neighborhood to show nearby items. If we request precise GPS location, we will ask for device or app permission first. You can disable location access through your browser, device, WeChat, or app settings, though some nearby browsing or pickup features may work less precisely.

AI, Photos, and Messaging

DoudouPocket may use AI and large language model support to help create listings from photos and short notes, suggest titles, categories, conditions, and descriptions, and improve marketplace safety. Photos, listing content, and messages may be processed to provide these features, moderate abuse, and protect users. We do not use early access form submissions to train public AI models.

Payments

If DoudouPocket supports online payments in the future, payment transactions may be handled by third-party payment processors such as Stripe or similar providers. We do not intend to store full credit card numbers on our own servers. Payment processors may collect and process payment information according to their own privacy policies and security practices.

Service Providers and Data Storage

We use service providers to host, secure, and operate our website, forms, communications, and future product systems. Our website is hosted using Cloudflare Pages, our early access form is provided by Tally, and future production systems may use AWS services in the United States. Because DoudouPocket may use WeChat Mini Program features, certain basic WeChat profile information, such as avatar and nickname, may also be processed according to WeChat's own privacy policy and infrastructure. We do not sell your personal information.

International Transfers

We are based in the United States and primarily plan to store production data on servers located in the United States. If you access our services from outside the United States or use WeChat-related services, your information may be processed or transferred in other jurisdictions where we or our service providers operate.

Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, including California, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, or opt out of certain uses of your personal information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. You can request access, correction, deletion, or opt-out support by contacting hello@looplymarkets.com. When product settings are available, you may also update your email, notification preferences, location permission, and other account details in the app or WeChat Mini Program.

Account Deletion

When accounts become available, you may request account deletion through the product settings or by contacting hello@looplymarkets.com. We will delete or de-identify personal information associated with your account unless we need to keep limited records for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, tax, accounting, or legitimate business purposes.

Children and Age Requirements

DoudouPocket is designed for parents, caregivers, and adults. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to create an account or use marketplace features. Our website, forms, and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If a parent or guardian believes a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

Data Retention and Security

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for account operation, marketplace services, early access, product planning, communication, safety, legal, tax, accounting, or business purposes. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no website, app, or online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Changes and Contact
